Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their client's dynamic team. The position is located onsite, providing an opportunity to lead and optimize warehouse operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse management and logistics.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
- Manage warehouse budgets, optimize cost efficiency, and ensure financial targets are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
